Jess had been building trust with her clients through anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, microneedling, all of it guided by a quiet, honest philosophy: only what's right for your face, nothing more. She didn't have an online place to meet a potential client before they ever walked through the door.
For a service that asks people to trust someone with their face, that gap matters.
Injections are intimidating. The internet is full of overcorrected, overdone results, and that's exactly what Jess's work isn't. Her whole approach is about looking like yourself, but rested. Refreshed. Completely you. So the website had one job: make someone feel safe before they even book.
We worked with photographer Monica Healy to capture Jess actually working, the closeness, the care, the calm in the room. The kind of photos that show a human being doing precise, considered work. Not just a procedure but a relationship.
The design followed that lead. Warm, soft, nothing clinical.
The hardest thing to design for is trust.
That's the line Jess came in with, and it's perfect — because it's not about transformation. It's about enhancement. Looking like the best version of what's already there.
That's what we built the whole site around. We also created Instagram templates so that consistency doesn't stop the moment someone leaves the website — the same warmth, the same calm, showing up in every post.
