Should I choose VIP Design Day or Full Service Package?
I recommend VIP for newer/smaller businesses that need a simple website and foundational brand designs. Full-Service Project will be great for more established businesses that need a more expansive website design with an in-depth strategy and full brand identity.
What should I have completed before our design VIP Design Day?
After our zoom call, I’ll send you a to-do list so you can start preparing your copy and images that I’ll need from you for the VIP Design Day.
Will you help me with the copy?
If you choose a VIP Design Day I won't be able to help at all, that's why I highly recommend hiring a copywriter before working together. If you choose a full Website Design Package I will help by giving you a Copywriting Guide created based on your website strategy for your business.
Do you offer payment plans?
YES! I understand that website design could be a big investment, so we can create a payment plan that will work for you and your business
When can we start?
I work with a limited number of clients at a time, so sometimes, you will need to wait before we can start working on your project. If you’re short on time, check out the VIP Design Day.
Will you teach me how to use my website?
Absolutely! It’s important that you feel confident in managing your website. That’s why you’ll have 1:1 website training and video tutorials for future reference.
What if I just need a logo?
Brand Design Package is more than just a logo; it’s your unique brand strategy and its expression through other brand collaterals. Check out my VIP Design Day Package if you don’t need the whole Brand Package.
What happens if I’m not satisfied?
I have a very extensive mood board process that ensures I know your expectations to deliver the best results. However, after paying a 1/3 nonrefundable deposit, if you feel that I’m not creating the design you wanted, you won’t be required to pay the remaining balance.
