Planning
This is a strategy phase. We’ll come to a set of decisions to help you visualize your goals before I even start designing. We will have a strategy call to discuss your goals, how you see your business, and how you want others to see it. If you chose a website design package I’ll create a site map, and will give you tips on copywriting, photography, and other website content. I’ll wait for you to gather everything needed as I process and find inspiration from our discussion in the meantime.

Launch
Finally, I’m going to polish the website, and make sure it’s SEO-friendly and everything runs smoothly. This stage also includes any additional integrations like blog setup, social media integration, booking system and payment system setup, online shops, and email marketing integration. Basically, everything that will help you run your business better. I’ll show you how to navigate your website and will send you video tutorials. And finally, we are ready to launch!

Creating
My mood board system is one of the most vital parts of this process because it ensures that you end up loving the visuals of your brand and your website. Once the strategy and mood board are approved I start creating. Every design decision I make is based on the initial strategy. We will have three revisions, so you will be able to make adjustments, give suggestions, and make any necessary corrections. After it’s finalized, I’ll create your Brand Guide and start working on building the website.
