Once we agree that we’re a perfect fit, I’ll send you a Contract and an Invoice. Paying the deposit and signing the agreement will secure your place on my calendar. Now, we’re all set to embark on our brand design journey together!
Once you’re officially on board, I’ll ask you to fill out a comprehensive Brand Identity Design Questionnaire and create a Pinterest board to gather inspiration before we start designing a brand identity for your business. These steps will provide me with valuable insights to guide the visual direction of your brand and establish a strong foundation for our Brand Strategy Session. I’ll ask you more about your business’s origin story, learn about your ideal clients, and understand your aesthetic preferences and personality. We’ll discuss your business goals to align our design strategy with your aspirations.
The brand strategy is an essential aspect of our brand design process. It involves identifying your mission, vision, purpose, brand archetype, brand positioning and more. This strategy shapes not only your brand’s aesthetic, but also how you want your business to show up in the world.

With a clear understanding of your brand strategy and a deep insight into your target audience, we will start the visual exploration for your brand. This exploration will be guided by the desired emotional response you want people to experience when interacting with your brand, as well as the specific traits and characteristics you wish to express through your visuals.
With all the information gathered from the brand discovery phase and your Pinterest board, I’ll create two Brand Concepts that will represent two different design directions for your brand. They will include typefaces, colours, shapes, and photos that accurately represent your brand’s mood.
We might need to go through a couple of iterations to align our visions perfectly. However, the final product is a beautifully curated representation of your brand’s aesthetic.
